Bryan Morris hails originally from Philadelphia but has been living in  Connecticut since 2002, and started working with happy, satisfied clients in Fairfield County shortly thereafter. Bryan has a background that clients find both helpful and unique. Previously, Mr. Morris worked as an attorney for two years. He is a licensed attorney in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Since establishing himself as a stellar realtor within Fairfield County, he has been able to leverage his law background in conjunction with his real estate experience. With a focus on Darien, Norwalk, Stamford, Wilton, Westport, and Fairfield, Bryan has been consistently producing on behalf of his clients.

He has been a high volume producer in the real estate community since 2004. First on behalf of Berkshire Hathaway (formerly Prudential), and then for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty beginning in 2010, when he took his career to the next level. Each year, his status has grown — he is a 2-time Platinum Level member and a 3-time Gold Level Member.  He was also #1 in units sold in the Darien office for both 2015 & 2016, as well as the first half of 2017. Additionally, as one of the top 40 producing  professionals in Fairfield County under 40,  he was awarded a place in the elite “40 Under 40” by the Fairfield County Business Journal in 2014.

To date, Bryan has helped over 200 buyers and sellers find and sell their homes, offering his expertise and caring touch. His experience, his clients say, is “invaluable.” They appreciate how well established he is within the community — with connections and relationships not only to his fellow realtors, real estate  professionals, vendors, but to community members, and local leadership. He currently serves as both a director and President for the Darien Board of Realtors (thru the end of 2017). This position is held by those who have demonstrated an ability to work with fellow real estate professionals, but also those who have a keen understanding of the local markets, rules, regulations, and needs of the community. Recently, Bryan was named 2017 Realtor of the Year by the Darien Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing System. “His steadfast commitment and undeniable passion for the business are evident in his everyday service to clients and positive contributions to the team. He is dedicated to and exemplifies the realtor code of ethics and is known by his peers as an honest, hardworking professional who balances community service and his leadership role with professionalism.

Despite a busy schedule, Bryan’s focus has and will always be, on client relationships and needs - whatever they might be: from a small apartment rental, or a family for the perfect parcel of land for building a lavish dream home. He works tirelessly to ensure that the property and people he represents are showcased to the best of his and their abilities. He understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most important  decisions a person or family can make and believes in using all available channels to ensure that the right home and right person find each other. Mr. Morris has had properties featured in local publications i.e.  The Stamford Advocate and The Norwalk Hour in addition to other local, national, and international  advertising efforts.

Bryan continues to expand his knowledge, and network as he continues to diligently serve his clients and community. He is always a phone call, email, or in-person meeting away. He is never too busy to lend a hand, share his candid and informed opinion, or offer a solution to a problem. When he isn’t donning his real estate hat, Bryan loves to travel, watch television, and enjoys dancing.

Bryan sold our house in Norwalk in 2011. We were in a rush to sell because we had already purchased a new home and Bryan made it very easy and quick. I'm not the easiest customer and Bryan did a fantastic job of taking us through the process and selling our home in a down market in only 3 months. I would highly recommend him to any buyer or seller.

Bryan was so patient with my husband and me, and took us around on several occasions, to countless houses (it seemed) as we tried to find a suitable home. We finally did, and he made the process go smoothly. He's a wonderful realtor!
